Focus is a unique workshop, unique in Romania, combining Japanese wisdom, martial arts and business communication. Together with an expert in the ancient samurai arts, we find resources and different perspectives in communication, leadership, or other business interactions.
Japanese culture and martial arts, including the use of swords or other combat weapons, have behind them a philosophy of training and practice highly applicable to the world we live in today. We train together in focusing attention on what is important, in breathing and posture, but also in the use of swords (wooden ones, of course) and self-defense techniques, extracting the essence of Japanese culture and ancient intelligence.
