Ionut has 20 years of experience in working with people, as a reporter, salesman, manager, recruiter, trainer and coach.

He knows how to make others feel comfortable with him through his sense of humour, empathy and warmth, working with teams, guiding people or listening to them is his strength.

Ionut is passionate about fitness and cooking.

Experience

Ionut has over 15 years of experience in the financial-banking industry in sales departments where he has built and managed regional teams of up to 150 people with significant increases in results.
In the teams he managed, Ionut managed end-to-end recruitment processes for sales positions, team leaders and middle management. In the projects he coordinated he improved human resource retention by up to 40%.
He has been involved in Talent Management programs and managed and delivered sales, product and induction training.
For a period of almost 2 years he worked in the area of challenging behaviours on various projects in the UK interacting with many people with severe learning disabilities. During this time he learned to apply therapy techniques such as NVR and CBT.
