Junior Trainer Soft Skills

Type of person we are looking for

• Solid knowledge of soft skills within companies.
• Experience in delivering soft skills training is an advantage.
• Freelancer or flexible schedule person who can be involved project-based to support training programs for Brightway® clients.
• Experience of teaching in-house or to external clients.
• Interactive, practice-oriented teaching style online and in the classroom.
• Openness to applying new delivery methodologies in course delivery.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• Adaptability to Brightway® working style and flexibility, constructively accepting feedback.
• With high expectations, attentive to meeting Brightway® quality standards.

Responsabilities

• Deliver soft skills training to Brightway® clients.
• Maintaining a constructive relationship with client representatives during delivery.
• Proactive communication with Sales Consultants and Brightway® Training Manager.
• Attend Brightway® internal trainer development academy meetings and calibration meetings with clients when appropriate.
