ABOUT THE TRAINING

What is the First Time Manager Course?

The First Time Manager training is focused on developing the leadership skills of people who do not have management experience, have recently been promoted or will occupy a leading position in the organization they are a part of. During the training you will identify ways in which you can adapt to the new manager role, you will receive working tools and techniques to motivate the team for achieving the desired results.
