Experience

  • Eugen started his career in the Learning & Development area more than 10 years ago, coming from an environment of team and technical project coordination. The start is related to a field still very close to his work, Conflict Management.

  • Further on he has designed, built and delivered programs with teams from some of the largest corporations in Central and Eastern Europe. The consultancy area came naturally, over the last 4 years Eugen has focused on developing needs assessment methods for the organisations he has worked with.
