Experience
Lucian has a wide experience in team management from the position of General Manager in organizations such as Microsystem, Mediasystem, Brightway, or Development Director at IKTA Comfort Integrators. He also set up his own business in the IT&C field in the 1990s, occupying from 1997-2003 the position of Tutor and Course Director BZT 634/656 - Management of Customer Relations and Buyers within the MBA program of Open University Business School UK, supported in Romania by Codecs SA;
With more than 20 years of experience in supporting business education programs, Lucian took part in numerous training projects in the financial, marketing, sales, entrepreneurship fields, coordinating personnel evaluation and selection campaigns;
Participated as Local Expert in the strategic consultancy programs of the U.E. in Romania’s pre-accession period of 2000-2004;
Has experience in analyzing and designing business processes for increasing the performance of a business, having over 50 consulting projects completed at national and international level;
Lucian is author and developer of implemented specialized training products such as: Brightboss - Leadership and Motivation, Brightbiz - Business simulation: Finance4NonFinance, Brightlink - Negotiation and communication;
He is passionate about Jazz, folk & rock music, the most recent achievement being the second place at the 2013 Om Bun Festival;
Works on editing and releasing a CD with 15 jazz music compositions, orchestrated with renowned instrumentalists from Romania.
