About Training
✓ The training will be held online in 4h sessions during 4 days, 6th, 7th, 8th, & 13th of February (09:00-13:00).
✓ Participants will receive implementation homework from one session to another.

Middle & first time management training is a program that facilitates awareness of the role and responsibilities in a management position. Participants receive a series of people management strategies/tools and train to manage key situations specific to their daily management challenges.
The program is addressed to middle or first-time managers who want to develop their management skills, team members who will take over a leadership role in the near future.

The investment is 350 EUR + VAT. Individuals receive the VAT value as a discount. The investment is recovered with the first contexts when applying the tool in the interactions with business partners.
