About Training

The training takes place on 8th & 9st of April, from 09:00 to 18:00, in Bucharest.

What is Recruiting Skills training about?

The journey to improve an organisation through its employees starts with recruitment.

Recruitment is a fundamental and challenging process.

Several actors are involved in this process: candidate, recruiter, hiring manager and beyond.  These actors may know little about each other.

The first people we meet in an organisation are very important. That's why it's essential to answer questions such as:

  • What does good recruitment mean for the candidate? What about for the recruiter? What about for the employer?   
  • How do we attract the right candidates?
  • How do we design most selection tools and how do we train assessors to use them?
  • How can we improve the candidate experience? 

We will navigate through these questions together with the aim of identifying ideas for solutions for each participant in a complex labour market context.

The course is aimed at recruiters who are just starting out, managers who are actively involved in the recruitment process for their team, and entrepreneurs who do not have a formal recruiter role in their company and want to go through the process professionally.

We will approach the recruitment and selection process in an interactive way, both from a strategic and tactical perspective.

Trainer: Cristina Tirulnic

Cristina Țirulnic is a senior trainer and consultant with over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of business education, heavy industry and pharmaceutical industry.

In her first 10 years of activity, Cristina has acquired business knowledge that has given her an integrated understanding of business processes working for top management teams from whom she has learned best practices in leadership and management as well as Human Resources. Cristina had the privilege of working directly with the American President of a pharmaceutical plant that became a certified EU-GMP unit and was listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Cristina has dedicated the last 14 years to the learning & development industry, following her passion to serve people to reach their full professional and human potential.

Cristina has delivered and facilitated learning sessions in complex management development programs in large and medium sized companies in Romania.

Investment

The investment is 400 EUR + VAT. Individuals receive the VAT value as a discount. The investment is recovered with the first contexts when applying the tool in the interactions with business partners.
