Trainer - Bogdan Secară

Bogdan Secară - Senior Trainer & Consultant, is a training physician, and most of his professional experience - 18 years - is in the business area, especially in the pharmaceutical industry and in consulting. From his 18 years of experience, in over 13 years he has led teams, both regionally and nationally.

The very pragmatic approach of the training programs that he implements is based on a very wide professional experience that he obtained from the direct contact with the business environment in the process of promotion and direct sale, as well as leading heterogeneous teams of up to 100 people.

The added value to the management experience nationally is represented by his activity in Eastern European projects: coaching and mentoring for middle management teams, obtaining the “Proficiency” rating for GM and the designation as part of the international High Potential group of large multinational companies.

The professional expertise is complemented by the certification in the Hogan methodology and the graduation of the “Fundamentals in Systemic Coaching” courses - Alain Cardon. 



The investment is 300 EUR + VAT. Individuals receive the VAT value as a discount. The investment is recovered with the first working processes optimized following the course.
