What is the Motivational Moment?

When a crisis context arises in our professional or personal life, the predominant emotion of fear takes control of our mind and rational decisions are harder to make. In the case of a global crisis, every team member goes through moments of fear, worry, uncertainty, again fear or sadness.

On the other hand, those changes that we have wanted for a long time are suddenly more easily accepted by everyone, as the context of survival forces us to be open to changes of all kinds. A very clear example is digitalization - how many times we haven't thougt how good it would be to stop making long papers and trips to public institutions, and just send them by mail.  Now it can be done!

However, to turn a difficult period into a context of growth and development of key skills, a push is needed. The Brightway® Motivation Moment aims to generate internal energy and motivation for your team!

Who is it for?

The Motivation Moment is aimed at teams of different sizes who are in a difficult context and need to refresh their mood. In crisis contexts, most of the information spread by the media is negative and has a strong emotional impact, so people need to receive positive energy from the outside and refocus on activities with concrete results.
